Digital Health Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
getUBetter is looking for a dynamic musculoskeletal physiotherapist, with the equivalent band 6 (NHS) level of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience, to join our team of clinicians.
Full time or part-time considered (with minimum 2.5 days a week)
£36,500 – £44,000, dependent on level of relevant experience.
Hybrid working – working week will be split between the office (in Bristol) and remote / home working.

To support this, we are looking for a dynamic physiotherapist, with the equivalent band 6 (NHS) level of musculoskeletal physiotherapy experience, to join our team of clinicians.
About the role
As a getUBetter clinician you will work in a team of clinicians, project managers and developers to create and maintain a clinical service that is going to impact and benefit many people in the UK.
You will work closely with our senior clinicians (including MSK and women’s health), Chief Clinical Officer and Deployment team. Your role will have the responsibility to contribute to, execute and help to maintain excellent clinical delivery of our digital health technology, getUBetter.
As a getUBetter clinician you will assist in the configuration, maintenance and delivery of our clinical pathways and associated services. This includes helping to onboard new customers to the getUBetter service as well as maintaining clinical services for our existing customers.
As part of a growing business, you will need to remain flexible and open to multiple challenges. In role you will contribute to the scale and innovation of the getUBetter product as well as helping to develop new solutions.
Essentials:
- A Diploma/Degree in physiotherapy BSc (Hons) or equivalent
- HCPC Registration
- More than 4 years post qualification physiotherapy experience
- Experience of working in MSK Physiotherapy at a senior level (equivalent B6 NHS) for more than 1 year.
- Experience of presenting to clinical groups (physios, nurses, doctors etc)
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
- Organised, flexible, a good problem solver and uses initiative.
- Flexible to changing workstreams and able to use initiative.
- High computer literacy
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and improve.
Desirables:
- Knowledge of relevant MSK digital healthcare policies and agendas
- Experience of working in or with digital health tech
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical Research, analysis, and content creation:
- Review current research and guidelines and work with the clinical team to create new and review existing clinical content and pathways. To ensure that getUBetter maintains a high level of quality and provides information that is evidenced based and safe.
- Contribute to new clinical content in the platform (written and video content) then review and test in-app to ensure that the content is correct, safe and easy to use.
- Ensure that clinical changes fall in line with internal clinical governance policies and procedures.
- Work with external content writers to onboard, test and help to maintain clinical content that may sit outside MSK e.g. Heart health, respiratory, pain management and pelvic health.
Deployment
- Support the clinical and project management team with the onboarding, deployment and maintenance of clinical pathways into customer organisations.
- Support delivery of product awareness, including app demos, into customer organisations – to include ICS’s, PCN meetings, and physio teams.
General:
- Coordinate and prioritise your workload with clinicians and Chief Clinical Officer.
- Attend and contribute to regular team training, CPD and learning.
- Be a representative for getUBetter at external events, working to promote, support and influence use.
