Targeted menstruation support

Bristol, UK – 10.02.2025 – getUBetter, a leading digital self-management platform for women’s health, is proud to announce the launch of its new menstruation-focused support module. Co-designed with experts and female patients, this new addition completes the platform’s comprehensive offering, now supporting women throughout their entire life course, from menstruation to menopause and beyond.

Why supporting menstruation matters: Empowering women across the life course

Menstrual health is crucial yet often overlooked in many healthcare settings. This latest addition to our platform ensures that women have accessible, practical, and evidence-based resources they need to manage their menstrual health with confidence.

Integrating menstrual health into a life course approach ensures that women receive the support they need at every stage, promoting better physical health, mental well-being, gender equality, and social participation. This holistic perspective recognises menstrual health as an integral part of women’s well-being, deserving attention, education, and care.

“On average, women menstruate for around 30-40 years of their lives, which represents a significant portion of their lifespan” – said Louise Coates, getUBetter’s Head of Product and Women’s Health. “Self” – she added.
