DTRS

getUBetter is designed to support safe and effective digital self-management of all common musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and women’s health across an entire care Integrated Care System pathway.

Our DTRS add-on is an additional feature that is designed to support the flow of patients into different silos of care across an entire pathway. The DTRS is fully configurable and can automate, triage, categorise, summarise and complete referrals to any service across an ICS. E.g. Physiotherapy providers, SPOA, Mental Health or other pathway services.

It can support multiple ICB providers simultaneously and includes bespoke logic for each referral template to enable enhanced categorisation, triage and stratification, as well as supporting a referral process that is based on ‘providers’ requirements.

The getUBetter team create bespoke referral forms for each qualified provider (AQP) or service as part of our Rapid Deployment Model (RDM). During times of organisational change, the DTRS is quick to reconfigure and update to support any organisation, pathway or service transition. When a referral is generated, the providers receive a document that includes triage, categorisation, and summarisation for quick review that is based upon agreed protocol.
