We have a number of key academic and clinical partners to ensure all the support we provide is evidence-based and provides a holistic and whole pathway approach to our self-management support.
getUBetter’s whole pathway approach to self-management means it can be locally configured to suit the target population. Condition pathways can be modified to suit the unique requirements of an individual service. This adaptability ensures that the platform remains relevant and applicable to patients, enhancing their engagement and overall experience.

gUB have provided the ICB and our MSK patients with an evidence-based tool that empowers patients to self-manage and enhances our local patient pathways and delivery of services. The team have steered and supported a successful process in engaging with clinicians and providers to launch the app across a population of 41 Primary Care Networks in North East London, having proactively supported our launch events, local engagement events, briefing and comms to general practices, and working with individual practices where necessary. gUB have been a very proactive delivery partner, and this has been an effective and productive collaboration.

We were looking for a digital platform that could support MSK patients to self-manage their own condition. GetUBetter have been a great team to work with and have delivered an exciting product for our patients. We are looking forward to seeing the benefits established over the next few years.
