getUBetter MSK support modules

getUBetter, a digital self-management support platform for all common musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and conditions, has enhanced the scope of its offering. The app users can now access targeted support, including: ‘I’m on a waiting list’, ‘I have pain’, ‘I’m struggling to work’ and ‘I have osteoarthritis’. They are now available within every getUBetter MSK condition pathway and free to use across all integrated care systems already providing support to their local populations.

The new support modules contain standardised, evidence-based, and clinically safe information and enable a more personalised experience. Users can choose what is most important and relevant to them to best support their recovery journey, which gives them more choice and control over their own care.

The structural and content changes come as a part of getUBetter’s commitment to continuous improvement. Jenny Mccullough, getUBetter’s Chief Clinical Officer said: “We recognise the importance of continually updating our content to ensure it follows the latest evidence, guidelines and meets the changing needs of our users and the NHS. We have worked closely with specialists in each area to produce support modules that really enhance our current condition pathways.”

Additionally, getUBetter has introduced a new mental health support section further enhancing our holistic approach to MSK self-management.
